Once delivered, cherries for this lot were processed using a traditional natural method and dried on raised beds. The drying process was carefully managed by regularly turning the cherries and covering them during the hottest hours of the day. The result is a consistently fruit-forward flavour that embodies everything you would expect from a natural Ethiopian coffee.
