On arrival, cherry is sorted and only cherries that adhere to the wash station's high quality standards are selected. They are then immediately fully washed processed – de-pulped, submerged in water for 12-48hrs, rinsed completely, and then sun dried on raised African beds for up to 3 weeks – and stored prior to export.
